Prospect Generative AI Content Guidelines

The following Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") set forth the compulsory standards that must be followed when using the Generative AI features within the Prospect application. These Guidelines are a definitive part of the End-User License Agreement (EULA) which can be reviewed at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ The intent of these Guidelines is to assure the integrity and excellence of content generated using Prospect‘s Generative AI, as well as to promote a secure, responsible, and ethical use of AI technology.

Commercial Use

The use of content created by Prospect‘s Generative AI features for commercial purposes is permitted under the condition that these Guidelines and the EULA are not violated. However, users should be aware that the commercial application of AI-generated content can carry additional risks, notably those involving the infringement of intellectual property rights of third parties.

It is the user‘s full responsibility to manage any risks or legal implications that may arise from the utilization of the AI-generated content. Our company is not liable for any content produced by users with the help of Prospect‘s Generative AI.

Prohibited Content

Users are strictly forbidden from creating, using, or attempting to generate any content through Prospect‘s Generative AI features that may be deemed illegal, harmful, confidential, private, or ethically questionable. This includes content that might be considered libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or in any way in breach of applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibition of AI/ML Training

It is explicitly prohibited to use any output from Prospect‘s Generative AI features as training material for other AI/ML models. This prohibition is in place to maintain the proprietary integrity of Prospect’s AI systems.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

Users of Prospect‘s Generative AI must respect the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, as well as rights to privacy and publicity. You must not produce or repurpose content that infringes upon the copyright, trademarks, patents, privacy, publicity, or any other proprietary rights of third parties.

Specifically, users are prohibited from using Prospect‘s Generative AI to generate content that replicates, significantly resembles, or emulates the style of protected works, except where the original author has been deceased, or the original work was created more than 120 years ago.

Should you have any uncertainty regarding the potential violation of third-party rights, it is recommended to seek legal advice or to avoid using the disputed content altogether.

Transparency with AI-Generated Content

We reserve the right to label any output from Prospect‘s Generative AI as AI-generated by including appropriate metadata in the output files or through other means. We advocate for clear disclosure regarding the AI-generated nature of content to maintain transparency and distinguish it from content created by humans.

Violations

If you become aware of any breach of these Guidelines, please report the incident to us at info@reactx.dev. Any violation of these Guidelines or the terms of the EULA related to Prospect‘s Generative AI features may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of access to these features, or the termination of the Prospect license, without recompense or prior notice. In serious cases where the law has been violated, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities.
